cultivating compassion for happier living

Our world needs more positive energy, so the work of Dr. Frances Scully of Be Compassionate NL, and the Compassion Cultivation Training (TM) she is trained to offer, is a wlcome relief.

Dr. Scully is a woman of science and also a woman of action. A medical doctor with specialist training in adult and pediatric hematology, she saw in her two decades of practice that healing at the cellular level has a relationship with a connection at the emotional and spiritual levels.

This work led her to create Be Compassionate NL to be a vessel for the Standford-University developed 8-week Compassion Cultivation Training (TM).   CCT is a six-step, 8-week program designed at Stanford University to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and others. It is taught around the world by certified teachers.
